Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
I am not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred once the package reaches your destination country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and we will help file a claim or arrange a replacement when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
